[Katsuki is actually out when Izuku calls, having already done his workout and morning patrol way, way earlier in the morning...a little after sunrise, in fact. It's just when he normally wakes up. Right now, he's in the library, reading, and gets the message - which he takes outside, so not to bother other patrons.
I'm not sure yet! I've got to test it all out still. And see what my new limits are! My quirks here aren't as strong as they are back home, so it'll be important to figure that out!
