[He walks up, hands in his pockets, looking her up and down curiously. It's not unusual to see a female so tall - haha, Mt. Lady - but it is uncommon, so he tilts his head to one side and asks.]

Oi. You the broad that invited me to brunch?

[proprietrix]

( She smiles brightly. )

Yeah! I'm Charlie. ( Hand... shake? Do we shake hands? Charlie looks like she's going for it anyway, but will awkwardly pull back if not. ) Hope you're hungry!

[He's not exactly a touchy-feely guy, but even Katsuki knows that it's crazy impolite to refuse a handshake when offered one, and this is...not necessarily a business meeting or anything, but clearly something not between acquaintances. So he does his due diligence as a Good Boy™ and shakes the woman's hand. Otherwise he's sure the specter of his mother would apparate behind him and kick him in the ass, for sure.]
