Obviously. Starting a new life for themselves doesn't erase anything of what they've done, but I could give a rat's ass what they do on a Tuesday so long as it's not hurting someone or something. Petty crimes are fine, too, even if I don't like it - they can steal food or goods and I won't hound them down for it. I got bigger fish to fry than a few morons stealing shit to survive.
